Make It a Priority from Day One
One of the best ways to ensure staff learn and are working under your rules is to have effective onboarding where cybersecurity is discussed right from the off. In doing this, your employees will be aware that this is a responsibility which is shared and is very important to you. Put together a presentation or some form of training that discusses cybersecurity, goes into detail about why it’s so important to you, and talks about the most efficient ways you can practice it. Starting off on the correct foot is the best way to tackle this issue.
