This functionality is now available to all Instagram users, as the requirement for accounts to add links has been lifted. Because the firm only announced the global launch of Link Stickers, it may take some time for it to be added to all accounts. You can put the URL anywhere on Instagram Stories. To add links to your Instagram Stories, simply follow these simple instructions.
- Swipe to the right on the Instagram app. The opportunity to publish a tale appears. As a tale, a user can publish a photo or a video.
- Swipe up to open the sticker tray after inserting the photo. Just underneath GIF and adjacent to the poll widget options, the Link option should appear.
- Select Link and paste the URL you want to include in the storey.
- The link then appears on an Instagram Story as any other sticker. This Link Sticker can be dragged about the Story and placed wherever you choose.
- This Link Sticker is clickable, and when clicked, it directs the user to the URL that was previously published.
- By selecting the Share option, users can then submit the content to their account.
