Since Apple announced that its new event, called the Far Out Apple Event, would happen on September 7, millions of fans around the world started to guess what would be announced during the event.
Everyone was looking forward to seeing the iPhone 14, which had been the subject of rumors and interesting promises about its cameras, colors, design, and other things that each new version of the popular phone usually brings.
The September event was held at the already-famous Steve Jobs Theater, named after the founder of the Cupertino brand. Tim Cook, the current CEO, took the stage to talk about the projects that his team has been working on and that are now ready to hit the market, this after the great success of the iPhone 13 and the new iPads and MacBooks that were shown just a few months ago.
Every Apple Event has a flagship product, which in this case was the iPhone 14, but many other things are also shown. This was no different. This year is the 15th anniversary of when the first iPhone was released, so the number 14 in the family is a big deal.
Tim Cook said that during the event, news about three products would be shared: the iPhone, the AirPods, and the Apple Watch. These three products will try to work better together to give users a better experience.

The new Apple Watch Series 8
The Apple Watch has never been just about telling time. Now, it’s mostly about health, fitness, and staying in touch, which is why it’s always getting better.
The 8 series has the most advanced sensors available right now. It has edges that reach the shore and new displays that are easier to read because they are brighter. It is also durable and waterproof, so you can even swim with it.
The watch keeps track of how long you sleep, how active you are, and how much oxygen you are getting, so you can live a more active life. It also has a sensor that measures your body temperature, which can be raised by exercise, drinking alcohol, or being sick. For women, the watch tracks when they ovulate and when they get their periods (for those interested in starting a family, or not). The watch is made with women’s health in mind, so women can keep track of their cycles better and know what might be causing changes.
The focus is also on security, so the data is only stored on the device and can only be accessed with your passwords or FaceID, and you have to give explicit permission for it to be used.
The Series 8 also has Crash Detection, which can tell if you’ve been in a serious car accident and sends your information and location to emergency services. Other features include Fall Protection and Emergency SOS, which let you call for help in an emergency. This is done with the help of two motion sensors that figure out how bad the crash was and when it happened. A million hours of crash data and analysis were used to train the sensor and algorithm.
The watch has a battery life of 18 hours per day and a Low Power Mode that gives you 36 hours of battery life. This feature is available on Series 4 watches. There are 4 colors to choose from: Midnight, Starlight, Silver, and Red. Stainless steel comes in Silver, Gold, and Graphite, and there are also new designs made with Hermés.

Apple Watch SE
This is the least expensive Apple Watch, and this year it comes in Midnight, Silver, and Stylelight colors and is made of recycled aluminum.
The SE version can be worn in water, has the same sensors as the Series 8 to detect shocks, and has a display that is 30% bigger than the Series 30. It is also 20% faster and can connect to an iPhone, so parents can connect their kids’ watches.
Cellular costs $299 and GPS costs $249.
Apple Watch Ultra
Smartwatches are great tools for sports, which is why Apple now has the Apple Watch Ultra.

The headphones have a Transparency Mode that lets you hear what’s going on around you or block out noise. The AirPods Pro have a Touch Control that lets you turn up or down the volume right from the headphones. They also have a battery that can last up to 6 hours per charge and 30 hours with the case.

What’s new in the iPhone 14?
The iPhone 14 was the product that people were most excited about.
In honor of the 15th anniversary of the iPhone, the new phone is bigger and has a more powerful screen and a larger area that makes it easier to watch videos or movies in their entirety. It’s an iPhone that’s made to last. It’s waterproof and dustproof, comes in midnight, starlight, purple blue, and red, and has the best battery of any iPhone.

Security
The new iPhone has a sensor called “Crash Detection” that will call for help if you get into an accident. It also lets you ask for help when you are “off the grid” or in places with a weak signal, like on top of a mountain, where there isn’t much cell service.
Using Emergency SOS via satellite, your phone shows where you are and sends a signal for help so you can be rescued if needed. It also lets you know when help is on the way. Apple has even made technology that tells you where to point your phone to connect with satellites so you can get and send information to call for help. If you have a clear view of the sky, this only takes 15 seconds.
The app also gives you pre-set options so you can get the right help faster, even if you can’t talk much. You can also share your location by hand through the Find My…
The screen on the new iPhone is 6.7 inches, which is bigger than usual (which is 6.1).
The price is $799 for the iPhone 14 and $899 for the iPhone 14 Plus. You can order the Plus on September 9 and get it on September 16 or October 7.
The new 14 Pro iPhone
There is also a “Pro” version of this edition, which has surgical-grade steel, a ceramic space shield, and colors like black, silver, gold, and deep purple.
