The Game Awards 2022 nominations have been revealed to honor the year’s most innovative voices in gaming. With a whopping eleven nominations, including Game of the Year and Best Game Direction, “God of War Ragnarök” is in the lead. In a recent review, Variety gave the much awaited game a perfect score, describing it as “a 10 out of 10, checking every box with a blend of pulse-pounding action, humor, and character development that will stay with gamers long after they’ve finished the campaign.”
“Elden Ring” and “Horizon Forbidden West,” both of which received seven nominations, including one for Game of the Year, come after “Ragnarök.” With 20 nominations for their games, Sony Interactive Entertainment is the most nominated publisher, followed by Nintendo and Annapurna Interactive, each with 11 nominations.

Through December 7th, fans can cast their votes via the official TGA Voting Bot on both the The Game Awards’ official Discord server and verified online voting on the website for The Game Awards.
On December 8, more than 40 digital video networks, including Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live, will all offer free streaming of The Game Awards 2022.
